Ingredients:

- 1 qt apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c grated fresh horseradish
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 head of garlic, peeled & chopped
- 2 tbsp powdered turmeric
- 1 c honey (more or less to taste)
- pinch (or 2) cayenne powder

Combine the vinegar, horseradish, onion, garlic, turmeric & cayenne. Cover and let sit in warm place for 3-4 weeks. Strain mixture, add honey & rebottle. Refrigerate. Take 1-2 tablespoons at the first sign of a cold. Continue approx. every 2-3 hours until symptoms subside.
